Your enquiry:- Email sent 28/01/2014 16:54:12 Omega 409 Upto 3 yrs Regularly "When I turn the power on, the power light comes on but I have no power on the console (screen) I have checked the wire that runs from the motor to the console and it looks ok, if I connect them half way the treadmill starts to incline and decline so I think there maybe a problem with the console itself?
What would you suggest?

Thanks for your enquiry. I’m the Treadmill Engineer and I’ll do my best to assist you.
It sounds like a problem with the console especially if it’s not lighing up. You could also check the transformer at the MCB – if this has come disconnected it could be that there is no power getting to the console. If you’re stuck we can send an Engineer for a diagnosis which is £69+VAT.
