Your enquiry:- "When i stand on the mat it keeps sticking to the belt we have tried tightening it and aligning it but it still keeps sticking.

It could need a drop of silicone oil or it could be a problem with the motor drive belt which can be tightened – these things are all covered on a full service if you are not sure what to do yourself. The trimline is a nice machine so a full service would be worth considering especially if it’s never had any TLC!
