Running Belt Lube Reminder!

Yes, it’s that time again. Keep your treadmill in top condition by applying silicone oil to the running belt. 10-15ml of lube should be sufficient. If you use one of my lube kits then that will equate to 2 or 3 syringes. Make sure you apply the lube in the centre of the running deck between the running belt and the upper surface of the deck and then walk it in for a few minutes immediately afterward.

That’s it, job done for now!

If you subcribe to this Blog (it’s free to subsrcibe), you will get regular reminders from me to lubricate your running belt. Why should you bother? Lubricating your belt is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of user maintenance. It will help prolong the life of your treadmill. Doing it will save you money in the long run on repairs.

If you need any lube email me justask@northwick.eu . It costs from £20+VAT per kit.
